What we love most isn’t just the glitter, pampering and dancing — it’s watching the quiet guest leave a little taller than when she walked in. That’s why we’re proud to support Inner Wings, a UK charity helping children aged 6–12, especially girls, build confidence and self-belief.
Every child is included, celebrated for being herself, and free to have fun without comparing or pressure. If you think your child’s school would benefit, we’d love you to pass on their details.

Food isn’t included in the party price. Please arrive and leave on time, as parties run back to back. All prices include VAT.
Parties run for 1.5 hours (1 hour pamper or design + 30 minutes eating), or 2.5 hours for The Ultimate Party. Up to 2 adults are welcome to stay during the party.
The parent organiser is responsible for taking all children to the toilet and for managing any food allergies.
Online booking is the only way to book your party.

Our policies
Caring, considered & safe
Please read our policies before booking — we’re happy to answer any questions.
Admission
Our parties are designed for children aged 3–15, with a minimum of 8 and maximum of 15 children, lasting 1.5 hours (2.5 hours for The Ultimate Party). Up to 2 adults are welcome to stay during the party. We don't advise parents of guests to stay due to space, but we can be flexible for younger children and anxious children — please just let us know.
Booking
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the party. All bookings are made online through our booking page — this is the only way to book your party.
Cancellation
If a cancellation occurs the deposit will not be refunded due to preparations already made and holding your date. Any reduction in party booking numbers remains chargeable.
Safety
All our staff are trained in first aid and our venues are equipped with comprehensive first-aid kits and designed with children's safety in mind. Responsibility for the children during the party remains with the parent organiser. Our staff are not responsible for toilet duties.
Hygiene
All tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after every use. Staff follow strict hand-washing guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear during treatments.
Allergies
Please disclose any allergies before the party so we can take precautions. We're happy to provide product ingredient lists on request. We kindly request no food containing nuts be brought to our parties. For severe allergies, a parent or guardian should be present throughout.
Behaviour
We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards our staff and other guests. If a child exhibits disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to end the party early without a refund.
Privacy
Any personal information provided is used solely to organise the party and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent. We'd love to share photos across our social media — just let us know if you'd prefer we didn't.
